INGREDIENTS
3 tangerines or 3 strawberries
1 cup diced ripe mango
1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
1/3 cup fresh tangerine juice
1 small ripe banana
1 tablespoon honey
1 cup ice cubes
DIRECTIONS
Peel, section, and seed 3 tangerines.
In a blender, place tangerine sections, mango, yogurt, tangerine juice, banana, honey, andice cubes.
Puree until smooth.
