INGREDIENTS
2 cups of quinoa
3 cups of water + olive oil for none stock:
Put into Rice cooker on brown rice option:
Mix in:
1 tsp chilli paste
8 green onions stalks
2 tsp of ground cumin
2 fresh squeezed lime
2 avocado
1/2 cup of cilantro
11/2-2 cups of cherry tomatoes cut in halves
1 (15 oz) can of black beans
1 tsp salt
Sprinkle black pepper for taste
DIRECTIONS
Let quinoa sit to cool down (15 minutes)
Mix all ingredients
Optional: Add Italian dressing for taste
