1 green onion, minced

1 tablespoon honey

1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger

3 Fresh garlic cloves

3 dashes of Black pepper 

1 lb. of wild salmon fillet, skinned (any preferred salmon)

1 tablespoon chopped fresh Italian parsley leaves

1 Pinch of cayenne pepper

1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

Oven temp 450 for 12-15 min or all the way through
