1⁄4 teaspoon salt, plus more to taste
4 tablespoon light soy sauce
1 head garlic, peeled (cut very large cloves in half)
2 tsp fresh ginger, powder
4 scallions, green parts only, cut in 1 1/2-inch pieces
2 tablespoons black bean sauce
2 -3 teaspoons hot chili paste
1⁄2 red bell pepper, julienned
4 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 teaspoon sesame oil

Oven -
Pre-heat oven on 375 for 20 mins: place breast in oven for 65 mins; thighs bake for 55 mins
Pre meat & Marinade:
For base seasonings use
Garlic powder, onion power, season salt, black pepper, soy sauce, Italian dressing or Hosian sauce
Garlic Hosian Tri-Tip Beef
Cook Use
Rotisserie Oven - 1 hour and 45 mins
Pre-heat oven on 375 for 20 mins: place tri-tip in oven for 1 hour and 30-40mins
Pre meat & Marinade: use a pitch fork and punch the meat 8-10 times on each side
